Hey y'all! Welcome to my profile. I hope that if you are here it means we have a swap together and I will get to "meet" you soon. Let me tell you a little about me.

I am married and have two kids. My hubby does not get my love for swapping but he doesn't discourage it either so gotta love him for that - and a whole lot of other reasons.

Our daughter, Ainsley, is 11. She loves gymnastics and is on an acrobatic team. She spends a lot of time at the gym. She also loves horses, poke mon, animals, and crafts. She loves to be girly and dress up and do her nails. Ainsley is a girl scout and loves to earn badges.

Our son, Preston, is 16. He plays guitar and several other instruments. He is in marching band at school. He is also in a band. His favorite musician is Toby Mac. Preston's life pretty much centers around music and computers. His favorite color is red. He loves animals - especially his dog.

I am pretty simple in the things that make me happy. I love reading and travelling. We have a camper that we enjoy using near or far. Our goal is to get to all 50 states by the time our youngest graduates from high school. I am also really hopeful that a trip to France is in my future. I love the color purple. I love music of almost any kind with the exception of rap. My favorite is country - especially Kenny Chesney. I also love 80s music. I really do listen to just about anything although I tend not to listen to anything with explicit lyrics if for no other reason my kids are usually with me.

I love to read. My favorite genre is romance - comedy or mystery. This year I have been trying to read books outside of what I would normally read. I am not a big science fiction fan, but I will admit I have never read any either. I prefer books over e-readers, but do my fair share of reading on my Kindle as well as actual books. My favorite book is One for the Money by Janet Evanovich. Some of my other favorites include Calamity Jayne, Anne of Green Gables, and really I could go on and on. I love books! I am always open to suggestions of books to read.

My all time favorite movies are The Breakfast Club and Breakfast at Tiffanys. I also love Sweet Home Alabama and most 80s teen movies. I don't seem to see many movies when they come out unless it is to take my kids - I should really change that. I like movies that have happy endings and I have been known to cry over cartoons - Despicable Me really got me!

I don't watch a lot of TV mostly because we are so busy in the evenings.

I love crafts of just about any kind. I scrapbook and do Project Life. I just recently discovered smashbooks. I like to stamp - mostly cards. I love collages and am always looking for new things to add to collage projects. I have made some jewelry. One of my favorite things to make right now is signs. I do not have any sewing skills, but I would love to learn. I like to repurpose things. My current house project is my craft room so I am trying to get organized. I have many pins on Pinterest of things I want to try. I love to go to Michaels and Hobby Lobby and just look at the craft stuff - if only I could really just look! I could probably buy everything there with the exception of the fake flowers. I'm not a fan of fake flowers.
