I'm an American girl of 27 working in special education.

I am a crazy cat lady and have 6 cats whom I love to death! I also volunteer at PAWS, the local pet shelter. You can see lots of pics of my babies on my Flickr!

I love makeup, beauty products and skin care. I'm a lip balm addict. I love clothes and shoes, although I'm not a trendy dresser and prefer to create my own style. I enjoy eccentric/quirky accessories/jewelry and love things rhinestone-encrusted, neon, and animal printed.

I used to live in Tokyo and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Due to the cute overload one finds in Japan, I love and collect all things cute, from accessories to stationery to makeup.

I'm currently trying to go more eco-friendly/organic in various aspects of my life. I'm trying to avoid parabens and other nasties in beauty products, and I always avoid artificial sweeteners and trans fats in foods.

I have NO allergies! :) However, I really do not like the smell of smoke and would prefer to receive things that don't smell like it.

Favorite Colors

I like bright, bold colors as well as pastels and neons. My favorite colors are PURPLE!, blue, and pink. My room is painted bright Pepto-Bismol pink with white trim and black furniture. I tend to wear mostly blacks and neutrals. I also love animal prints, black+white zebra and leopard prints are my favorite.

Favorite Scents/Flavors/Foods

Vanilla, almond, holiday spices, and mint are my favorite scents. My favorite food is Italian food, I also loooove Indian curry. I love sweets: chocolate, brownies, all kinds of cakes and cookies, and anything with peanut butter in it! At home, I'm a big tea drinker (hot tea, herbal tea, iced tea, sweet tea - love it all!). I'm also addicted to Dunkin Donuts and go several times a week. Not donuts though, I prefer bagels, and I drink ice coffees all year round!

I DO NOT like

• Hot Topic characters (Happy Bunny, Emily the Strange, etc)
• Obviously bootlegged character items
• Anime/manga (except Pokemon!)
• Skulls or other seriously gothy/morbid prints
• Overpowering floral fragrances
• Food/drinks with artificial sweeteners! (So no sugar-free stuff please!)
• Child + baby items (I have none!)
• Bath bombs/salts/fizzies - I don't have a bathtub so I can't use them :(
• Fridge memos (the grocery list kind with a magnet on the back) I have TONS and don't really use them!!
