I work in product design and development. In my free time, I dabble in mixed media art, digital art, and keep an art journal. I have also recently started a couple of blogs, one for my art and one for women's issues. I love to repurpose old/vintage items and decorate very eclectically. I like vintage imagery, nudes, saints, ephemera, vintage jewelry; soft,ethereal photography, black/white photography, and fashion photography. I love eclectic bohemian interiors with a bit of vintage and mid-century modern mixed in. I'm a gypsy at heart and love to travel.

In addition, I love.... sparkly, girly things, beads, charms, Buddhas, flowers, vintage fabrics and trims, crochet,, poetry, postcards, especially from far off places,, crosses, incense--especially Nag Champa, musk, cloves, sandalwood, jasmine; office supplies--especially Japanese and European

I drink tea (love chai!) and coffee, have a soft spot for chocolate, especially dark. I find the packaging of products in Europe and Asia to be enchanting...a little something to jazz up an otherwise ordinary item.

I enjoy music of all types....classic rock, world beat, jazz, vintage country, classical, new age, indie and even a little bit of hip hop

I love to read travel narratives, design books, poetry, journals (Anais Nin,May Sarton). Magazines I enjoy include the Stampington publications, Elle Decor, Lucky, Vogue, European decorating magazines and Asian fashion magazines.
