I'm about to celebrate #30 with my husband! His military life took us all over the globe - but we are now settled in northern Alabama. While I have four grown children, I am the delighted and proud grandmother of two adorable little girls - one has just given up (not completely!) Bitty Babies (note the plural!) and has already accrued six (oops! delete that! She's up to EIGHT! And ... she is getting another for Easter!) AG dolls, while the younger just received her first Bitty Baby for Christmas.

I also teach preschool music - ages 1 year through KDN.

I'm excited about the possibilities with Swap-bot!

I love to sew! I wish I had more time for all of my ideas/projects (seamstress' lament!) I have a number of quilt tops in the works. I'm always 'doing' for the granddaughters - which included doll clothes! Umm... guilty expression .... I'm accused (rightly so!) of being a fabric snob!

I'm especially happy with Liberty Jane right now - I'm sewing a ton of her outfits (having a hard time giving up making the Hula Outfit - but maybe 9 dresses is enough! ... for now!)

I'm somewhat of a newbie to polyclay - I've so enjoyed making a "Sweet Shop" for the girls, as well as all the goodies. I made spaghetti with shrimp and olives - I was entertained, even if the girls were not! Candy, cupcakes, lollipops - it's all such fun! I even was able to get my husband to make AG sushi! (That's a real feat - he doesn't 'do' crafts!)

sigh. One night (morning!) at 3:00 am - NOTHING was on as I was completing a sewing project ... I sew into the wee hours during the summer! The ONLY thing on was this HORRIBLE show called "Dance Moms". I was repulsed enough to wonder who would even sponsor a show like that. Sigh. Long story short -- I'm HOOKED to the dadgum series. It's a TERRIBLE confession, but too true. I wonder if there's a DMA (Dance Moms Anonymous) for me!
