UPDATE 5/14/14 me and the baby are finally back home and doing well!

UPDATE: 4/19/14 I have been admitted to the hospital and I will not be going home until this baby shows up! :( I miss my babies terribly.

UPDATE: I am almost 34 weeks and still on bed rest due to some complications in my pregnancy! Some of my swaps got sent out late due to unforseen circumstances but please be rest assured they are on their way! I have message my partners and hope they will forgive me and my booger faced husband. ( I told him I was going to write that! )

I am a full time Nurse and a full time Mama! I have two beautiful boys- a 4 year old, Sully and a 1 1/2 year old, Truman + 1 on the way! I have been crafting my whole life. I am an avid reader when the children give me the chance. I am a quiet, introspective person but I am also very sarcastic and funny( at least I have been told that) My husband is usually the only one who can lure me out of my solitude. But I am looking forward to making new friends and swapping fun little items.

I am in desperate need of lace! My supply is very low! I use mostly white, black, or off white but any colors would be appreciated!!

I love stationary- especially old stuff.

I love children's books, so any pages or illustrations from them would be cool. Especially any from the late 80's or older.

I love jewelry but I am allergic to nickel.

Television: Sherlock, Bones, 30 Rock, Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Futurama, Family Guy, King of The Hill, Home Movies, New Girl, Hell's Kitchen. I like to watch cartoons of all kinds but I love adult swim and archer as well.

Books :I mainly read sci fi/fantasy and paranormal/other Romance. Some of my favs are Song of Earth and Power by Greg Bear, The Cold Fire Trilogy, Towing Jehovah, the Descent, The Finovar Tapestry, Romance authors include Nora Roberts, Jennifer Crusie, and Kim Harrison.

Movies: Mary Reily, Young Frankenstein, Sleepy Hollow, Gangs of new York, Pride and Prejudice, Reservoir Dogs, Casino, Pulp Fiction, Anchorman, Serenity, I also like a lot of foreign movies, weird asian and spanish movies that my husband always manages to find.

I love to make things for other people. I put a lot of work and effort into the items I make or send out. It stinks to get let down in a swap so if you are ever disappointed with something I make/send please do not hesitate to message me and I will do everything I can to make it up to you.

Pencil and paint are my first loves. I have been drawing since I could hold a pencil in my hand.

I love paper crafts- paper mache, scrapbooking, origami to name some.

I love sewing. I am not great at it on a machine but I love to hand sew.

I love to crochet and I do so very well!! - if I say so myself, and I do :) I can't much knit tho.

I love to make felt plushies.

I am carving my own stamps now and loving it. I also work with store bought and digi stamps.

I also got a lovely present from my husband- all of the spectrum noir markers and I am busy learning how to use them...I am pretty sure I love them!

I also love mixed-media art.

I have made my own jewelry and worked with metals. I wish I had my own studio for it!

I cross stitch and do a little embroidery.

Green is my absolute favorite. Any shade.

I love jewel tones. Deep reds and purples and teals.

I also like Earthy colors. Rich browns and greens(of course)

I really love all the colors but these are my favorite.

Coffee!! I am a coffee addict.

I love to garden and can be found outdoors with the children growing or weeding or digging something!

I collect lots of different things. I love vintage sewing needle packs. I have lots of vintage wooden spools- you can never have too many!!

I also collect children's books. Some to keep and read to my boys or myself :) Others I grab to make pages, cards and art journal pages with.

I like oddities. I like vintage. I also enjoy new and modern. I really like a bit of everything.

Toys! I love toys, like LaLa Looopsie, anything that is tiny I will love!

I rate people based on their effort. I know we all have different artist abilities and thats ok- but I do not like to get some slapped together work in return for my effort.

I give hearts based on overall effort - not on the extras sent with the swap.
