Hey all, I'm a 19 year old obsessive crafter who occassionally dabbles in studying for a degree in Archaeology and Anthropology at Cambridge University in England. I usually work in cross stitch or knitting, but am currently expanding my repertoire to include crochet, quilting and toy making... I adore kitschy fabrics I'll never use, and purple things! Oh, and I like cats. In my day to day life, I'm taken up mostly by reading for my degree or doing things for the CU Amateur Dramatic Club (www.cuadc.org) - the oldest club of its kind in the UK! I do costume and make-up mostly, but am on the committee as club publicist (we have our own wikipedia entry!)... Otherwise, I enjoy cooking, green cocktails, foreign films, climbing cathedrals and churches (i want to be consultant archaeologist to a cathedral one day... lots more education first hehe), pretty dresses, new lipstick and dancing.

Anything but heavy metal. Evensong at Wells cathedral soothes my soul. Sarah McLachlan tops the list. Frou Frou, Tina Dico, Joana Amendoiera and Black Lab make me happy. The only thing I can work efficiently to is Ravel's Tzigane - also the sexiest piece of classical music ever!!! - Though Mozart's C Minor mass wierdly comes close. Georgie Fame is a genius.

CSI, Grey's Anatomy, Dr Who, Killer Instinct, Criminal Intent, Green Wing, geeky art programmes.
