Hi there!

I am a newbie here! I have always loved to receive and send something by snail mail, so I was happy to find out about this postcrossing thing what many about you possibly do know. However, I found it wasn't the thing for me, as people usually sent postcards with "Hi, how are you? I am 17, My name is Anna, Good bye!" I need to feel more personal attachment. I like to receive things and feel that someone had spent time to it and thought about me to make it interesting to me. :) So, you should know, how happy I wasto find about this great site... :)

A little bit about ME:

My name is Madara, but I prefer Dana because my friends call me so. I am living in a wonderfull country-side villiage with a middle age castle in the center. I am 20 years old.. and mom. :) I have a loving boyfriend and wonderfull baby girl called Vanessa! She is 1 year old now. People ussually start to think- so I will explain... Vanessa wasn't planned but she just wanted to be... :D It is harder than for others, as we are not living on our parents necks or something, but I don't feel like my all life has ended. How could it, if I now have such a lovely angel with me! :) (You can check my website, there are some photos- I am very proud with her, as all mothers are! :)))

At the same time I am a student as well. I am studying translation in 2nd course at university! Yeah, I am studying English, so I am very, very looking forward snail mailing as well! At the moment I have understood that translating is not my dream job, I think, it is too "dry" for me. I need more action. Ofcourse, I will finish it, as it is very usefull and great bachelor to have. After that I am looking forward something with tourism and project leading. I am very interested in languages, travelling, other cultures, people, arts...

At the moment I am learning french and german, so people speaking in these language are welcome to write in their native! :)

-Anything for my lovely girl- she is almost 1,5 year old and is wearing plus/minus 86 cm clothes

-Any sweets, teas, coffees or other drinks, as well as spices.

• Anything for beauty and from cosmetics, but prefer eco and organic products. Can also send non-organic, but please make sure it is not cheap craps. I have sensitive skin.

-Also would like any mug, letter-papers, envelopes, books, pens, and so on.

• At the moment, I also don't mind crafting materials.

• Another great please from me would be that you try to send things that could not be here in my country. We have most of the worldwide labels of course, so I would prefer tradtional things and things that has been made in your country and are not very popular or things that are very specific for your country.

Actually, as a newbie I don't have many dislikes this far...
