Comment: Stephanie....I got the envelope and note inside but the ATCs had come out....they sent me what was left in a "damaged in handling" envelope which, in the PO, is "lovingly" called a "body bag"....so sorry....I gave you a 5 since it wasn't your fault and I didn't want to mess you up rating wise. It looked like the envelope might have gotten wet and therefore would have been vulnerable to jamming the cancelling machine...which is probably what happened because the envelope had folds in it which showed that it had jammed into a bunch of other letters, pulled out and sent to the nixie clerk for forwarding what was left of it....the stamp had never been cancelled.....so sorry...you might want to put a piece of cardboard (cereal box, etc.) in the envelope to make it sturdier when going through the machines....Sorry I missed seeing what you sent....I love the creativity that comes with ATCs.... They made it !! Thanks!!
