Comment: Sorry to do this, but never heard back after our conversation about a re-send. Swap was for a $20 profile-based gift; swap received did not meet this requirement. Was in conversation but didn't hear back after second request for a re-send.

Response: For this swap I had been given a 5 and a heart and I was thanked for spoling her. I sent her lots of indivisual things as asked in her profile because she wanted presents to open. I tried to geer my items towards things that were profile based jewelry making (I sent her brand new deccorative watch faces) She complained about them being old. I made her some nice tags that were geered towards gothic likes which she expressed on her profile. She didnt like them because the company that made them put the name of the stickers. She called them advertising. I sent her a nice raven themed coaster and a nice ocean themed note pad. Cant even remember what else. I sent many things. Comunications stop with this person because I attempted to block her as I was told I could not talk to the cordinator but that the cordinator agreed with her. This I have found out is not true.

Comment: I'm sorry. But I'm not happy at all with what you sent. It's supposed to be a brand new item worth $5.00. Not used postcards, that you didn't even buy. So disappointed. I wouldn't have had write this on here. But my message to you goes unread. Yes, I did message you on May 22nd, that says Santa's Helper group and you still haven't read it. It isn't a generic message. It is a message directed to you.

Response: They were not used postcards. They were all never used never written on never sent. Your profile says you like postcards. I HAVE NOT TRECEIVED ANY SORT OF MESSAGE FROM YOU SINCE MAY 10 WHICH WAS JUST A GENERIC GROUP MESSAGE FOR EVERONE. I had no idea you were unhappy with this. You should have contacted me

Comment: Wow this was really late. Post date says January 11th and the deadline to send was December 4th. And I have to ask--this doesn't even look like a card-did you cut a card in half and just send the front to me? You didn't really send a card you sent half of one and you didn't contact me to say you would be so late so that's why I'm rating you a 3. I did take a picture of the swap for proof. You took an old card that someone gave you probably/cut it in half and sent me the picture part. I think you deserve a 1 personally. I have read your other ratings and it seems like this follows the same pattern. Seriously. Cards are not expensive. This was an easy swap. You could have bought a dollar store card and that would have been nicer than what you sent me. Stop swapping if you are just going to send trash to people. It's not good manners.

Comment: I waited until Christmas to open and I feel I must rate more fairly. There were supposed to be 2 gifts equalling $10 (5 each). You sent 2 old freebie cookbooks, 3 giveaway bookmarks, 1 postcard, some loose mini stickers, drinking straws, and a pack of hand Warmers.

Response: Im sorry you didnt like what you got. I bought everything the cookbooks and the bookmarks I bought at the thrift store and they all were brand new. I bought the postcard and the flake stickers too. The drinking straws were christmas straws were bought online they were 1.99 not including tax and shipping. The hot hand handwarmers were not cheap either with evrything I bought it did add up to 10 dollars.

Comment: I got my swap on a second sending (hence pretty late) and it was no surprise the first parcel had got lost as the address was totally miswritten: town was missing and zip code was incomplete! Pure luck it was delivered the second time even! Sadly the contents were also disappointing: some low quality and ruined stuff that made for a very sloppy swap. I am not a picky person, but I do put efforts in my swaps and would like the same in exchange...

Response: I offered to resend and apoligized for you not getting it the 1st time. Im sorry it was late. As for the adress I just put the one that was given to me on swapbot. What I sent you were all new items Im sorry you didnt like them.

Comment: I have to say:1) it didn't meet the requirement for theme (summer) and 2) it appears you grabbed some random left over sheets of paper and stickers. I really enjoy these swaps however when I receive something that was a last minute thought rather than actually going out to find something I get a little disappointed.

Response: Everything I sent was a summer theme. I wasnt aware that you were disappointed you didnt message me you just rated. If I would have known I would have resent I still would be willing to resend. It was also not a last minute thing I sent this out a while ago and I had to think about it because I had to find things that were summer themed.

Comment: I received this swap on Feb 10. This was sent on Feb 7 from your post office. This was 18 days after the send by date on the swap. This swap would have rated a 5 if it had been sent ontime or if you had notified me that this would be sent late.

Comment: Sorry to have to rate you a 3. The item was sent 3 weeks late.

Response: Im sorry you are unhappy with receiving it late I did send it out when I was supposed to and I do have it up on my profile that it take a while to get to another country. Also the weather has been very bad at times here with the polar vortex thing so that might have been an issue as well.

Comment: Very disappointing and not in the spirit of the swap. i was sent one coffee sachet and an old faded/marked Starbucks leaflet and a bauble cut out from a magazine or something. Autumn said she would not resend as could not afford to send anything other than a flat swap. It's not OK to join type 3 swaps if you can't do them properly and fairly. Stick to type 2 if that's what you are sending to others. I'm stumped as to why anyone would think it was OK to send one coffee sachet and an old leaflet wrapped up for a secret santa swap. Co-ordinator said I should rate a 1 but have given a 3 as received something. Co-ordinator also says she will not be permitted to join any more of her swaps.

Comment: I can't honestly rate this a 5 just because I got something. I got 3 small hard cinnamon candies and a used ziploc baggie with handful of cat treats in it. There is no way I'm feeding my cats anything that did not come from a sealed bag and especially not from a dirty plastic baggie. The note included was completely illegible. I tried to read it and gave up and threw all of this crap in the trash.

Response: Im sorry you disliked what you got. I did follow swap requirements.

Comment: I received your resend, but I'm super disappointed in what you sent b/c you did not meet the requirements AT ALL! You sent a cat themed chip clip, a coupon, a magnet, and instructions you printed off the internet on how to make cat treats and toys. You were supposed to send a 6 x9 inch envelope stuffed with cat toys that were specified by my comment on the swap description. I'm literally in tears b/c this swap was for my boys and now they have literally nothing to play with from this swap. I should have just avoided this swap all together and just used the money I spent on sending my partner dog toys to buy toys for my cats.

Response: I am sorry you were disappointed with what you got. I sent this swap out 3 times so I did send out toys but in the 3rd one I did not. I do want to point out that nowhere on the swap does it say this was a cat toy swap. I did send out a 6x9 envelope and it was stuffed. The clip is cat themeed and is supposed to be for a bag of cat food. The coupon I sent I think was a very nice coupon it was for a free can of cat food. The Magnet was extra for you Then I printed off recipes for cat treats and food and things to make for your cats.

Comment: I have tried multiple times to contact and correct the situation for this swap. The swap I received was broken and missing things.Hg08 contacted the swap host and had her be a mediator for coming to some type of compromise. Hg08 agreed to resend the swap at the end of September, it is almost November and still nothing.You did not uphold your part of the bargain. Honestly just done with the drama, sorry but you left me no choice, just sad it had to come to this :(

Response: I did contact this person apologized and asked if there was anything I could do to fix this. I have tried as well to contact multiple times I did say I would resend but then afterwords she said to just drop the situation.
