Comment: This swap was fascinating for me!!! Thanks for all your info. I will tell you about my experiences with Covid. Sinse I didn't send you a postcard I will answer a few of the questions right here in the comment section. I'm from Las Vegas Nevada and our state is currently in the red zone. Things here got really bad by mid April. Then we were able to get a handle on the number of cases until the casinos opened back up in June. Now we are getting out of control. The governor has mandated that everyone wear masks indoors and outdoors when not able to social distance. I had stocked up on a lot of toilet paper early in March and a few containers of Clorox wipes. We had no hand sanitizer. My husband went and got the supplies to build a garden the 1st day that school was canceled on March 18th. He is an Assistant Principal. The hardest thing that we missed out on was my 17 year old daughter and I had plane tickets to go to Mexico for 2 weeks and travel around the country. I foresee this crisis lasting a long while because people are still refusing to wear masks. It is terribly said that people can't do something that is so simple. I got Covid myself at the end of May. I tested positive while my whole family tested negative. It was hard at times and scary. I struggled to get air at times, could not smell or taste anything, my veins felt like they were on fire and I had that constant dry cough. It finally is about gone and I feel so much better!!!

Comment: I LOVED this PC. I saw the movie last night and if you liked Alice, this blows it away. I wasn't crazy about either of them. I used to LOVE Tim Burton, but it seems like everything he's done lately has been bad. I was so mad over Miss Peregine's. Beauty and the Beast, was wonderful with the exception of Josh Gadd playing La Fou and I could've done without the two extra songs, everything else was spot on, especially the original songs, the costumes, the sets, etc. :)

You asked about libraries where I live - well, I live in a very small village and we don't have one :) There's one in the next bigger town, about 3 miles away, but they only have books in German. As I mainly read in English I therefore visit the library in Mainz (about 30 min. from here) which is a bit smaller than yours in Fayetteville but they have books in lots of languages including English.

Comment: Your grandma sounds like a special woman to have known. Mine was not known for her cooking skills. She just cooked out of necessity. When my mom's mom passed away, she developed a close relationship with her mother-in-law after many years of having no relationship.

HOWEVER you may have just turned the tables on that. Never saw owl washi tape on anything I received, nor in the store when I was buying some for swap items - since it is so popular.
