Hi Proudnana, not sure if you received a response, so after the last day of sign-up the coordinator will assign swap partners and you will get an email telling you to check the site and you can view the people you send to. Good luck!

I notice in the Swap Info under status it says "NOT SENT". Once partners are assigned and I send....where do I post so that my status says "SENT"

Click on I sent my items and the swap will say sent. You can't do that until partners are assigned.

When will we be assigned our partners? Signup date has come and gone and the ship date is now coming fast. I need to know my partner so I can shop for her...

When the partners are matched it will show a sent my items option.

I'm also concerned about the approaching date and partners not being assigned.

So am I... I'm new and the swaps I've signed up for have had a turn around period of the partners being apointed the day after the "sign up date" Should I be concerned? I thought it was because there are over 100 peeps, but the coordinator hasn't logged in:(

I've messaged the hostess of this swap but I haven't heard anything back yet. It's possible she's sick or there has been some kind of emergency keeping her off the computer. I guess we just sit and wait and see what happens. But I really hope this swap goes through. I've been looking forward to this one.

I've emailed the coordinator twice asking for our patners namd and no answer. Is she around, doing ok? MY pkg is ready to go and so am I. I will be in Hawaii for two wks and without a name will not be able to send pkg on time.

I do not see how we will be able to send on time seeing as we are suppose to go by our partners profile....which means I have not shopped yet! :(

Hopefully the administration will be able to click the link which posts the partners tomorrow. If not, maybe we should just "drop from swap"??????

I hope she's okay, too. From everything I'm reading about her, she really loves pens, so I doubt she would just drop this swap unless something was going on. But if I don't hear something by tomorrow night, I'm definitely going to drop from this one. I hate to do it, but without any further information on what's going on, I'll just get into a different swap.

Help!!! I clicked the view my partner link once and wrote down likes and dislikes, but forgot to write down the addy and now the view my partner link will not let me view my partner arg!!!!

already received help on the view my partner prob lol now for another question....yeah I know I have lots of them...once your receive your swap and have to rate....how do I know what to rate?

When you are ready to rate your partner, you click on the link to rate and then it will give you the options. It's really easy! Have fun swapping! :)

This was a serious disappointment

when I click the 'rate my partner', nothing happens. I actually want to see who was supposed to ship my package to see if it ever went out, as I never received anything.

It should open a new window, maybe see if you have a pop-up blocker installed?
