Even if you haven't joined the previous swaps, you can have fun with this one! Remember the fun tag series we had for cocktails? Here's an updated version with an international twist.

Each month we'll swap a handmade tag featuring a country's alcoholic beverage. This month of our selection is Russia!

Pack your parkas....we're heading to the North Pole!!! The REAL North Pole is located in the middle of the Arctic Ocean amid waters that are almost permanently covered with constantly shifting sea ice. This makes it impractical to construct a permanent station at the North Pole. However, the Soviet Union, and later Russia, have constructed a number of manned stations since 1937.

This is the 4th in a series of altered tags. Each month we'll send our partner a tag (described below) with the featured country's alcohol. This should be fun, easy and inexpensive so all of our international friends can play. The idea is that at the end of the year you'll have a little book of tags featuring tags for each country we visit! You can include the recipe if you want, but it's not a requirement.

FUN STUFF: Decorate a standard #5 shipping tag (4 3/4" x 2 3/8") with a pre-punched hole so the tags can be held together with a ring. If you don't have that size
