I'm sorry, but I don't understand the difference between the first and second things we're supposed to write...aren't they both "10 reasons I love (blank)"?

I'm already working on my lists to keep ahead of my swaps, so I won't be able to accommodate a request for a postcard. It is on a cute card, though!

Last day before we're paired, but I wanted to leave a comment to clarify that the decision to write the lists on stationary or postcards is the choice of the individual writing the lists. They will TRY to accomodate to those that have requested having their lists written on postcards, but please be prepared that it just might not happen and I appreciate you being flexible about it. If you receive a list in the mail and it's on time, then the sender has met requirements and deserves a big fat 5. Thanks. :)

Oh my goodness! I got a list from Helen in UK today, written on a postcard of Liverpool... a UNESCO World Heritage site. I collect World Heritage sites and this site is fairly new to the list so I didn't have anything yet. That alone makes me want to do cartwheels (and yes, I can still do them at 50, though not as prettily as I once did).

But, the list is about quilting and that thrills me all the more. My mom is a quilter and got started late in life with the art. I think it has given her a whole new look at the world and we are absolutely amazed at what a fabulous eye she has for color and design. Thank you so much Helen for the card, and the wonderful list that I will share with my mom.

EmilyBemily, I'm so glad the book arrived, and you enjoy it. I felt some extra pressure, as this is only my 2nd swap and I was sending to the swap coordinator. ;) However, since I definitely put some creativity and heart into the creation, I'm glad it was well received.

I'll post some photos of the books after I know my other partner has received hers.

hey, just some notes: i sent my lists on thursday, but they should take a while as our post office is in a bit of an uproar right now, so it should take up to two weeks, sorry about that. and second, i didn't send postcards simply because we don't have them around here. our town is pretty much just universities and military stations, so we don't get tourists, or post cards. but i did get some pretty stationary!

artgeek - I received your list today and oh my gosh...you are amazing! You are so talented. I absolutely LOVE what you did. Your style is amazing and fits me to a "T". Thank you for taking so much time to create such a wonderful list. Truly amazing! :)

I just received a I[heart] list on a Michigan postcard. The writer tells me the nice things about her boyfriend [he sounds like a "keeper"]. But there's no name,so I don't know who to rate. She shouldn't worry, I'm too far away to think of stealing her boyfriend, and I'm pretty sure he's too young for me.
