Hi! My name is Ami and I'm originally from Portland, Oregon, but I've just moved to Hollywood in Los Angeles, California after a brief stint in Tokyo.

I found this place on accident, researching for a project, but the concept sounds so cool, so here I am!

I recently finished grad school in the UK and got my Masters in production (film/tv). I've moved to LA to jump right into the heart of the industry, and I've been here for about a month now.

I love everything sports related, I play volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, I'll do anything if it'll get my blood pumping. I sing also and dance (badly,) and I love to do arts and crafts. I believe in karma so I try to be a decent person to myself and others; religiously I don't know what I am yet, but I'm not too worried about it now. I love everything and anything about life and I'm excited to explore the world! Can't wait to hear from you!

Oh, also, if you are expecting something from me, and don't get it in a timely fashion, PLEASE let me know and I WILL fix it!!!

I love everything. From oldies to rap to honestly everything. If I like it, I'll stick it on my ipod. I was brought up on Hawaiian and Oldies mostly.

I absolutely love books. and am a total bookworm, though regrettably, I have not had much time to read for leisure as of late. I'll put anything people recommend on my "to read" list though. Am currently reading A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson.

Harry Potter is the exception

To be honest, I'm not really that into movies. It's not something I should proudly admit as someone who works in the TV/Film industry, but I can't sit still and do nothing but stare at a screen for two hours. If im studying or making crafts or something, that's cool but otherwise, unless its a horror movie, I struggle.

Law and Order, Sherlock, Broadchurch, LOST, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Bones, Game of Thrones, Bob's Burgers, Family Guy.

I love crafts. It's kind of my life. Every birthday card I've ever given has been handmade, so cardmaking, scrapbooking, sewing, embellishing, origami, ATC's, I suppose mostly paper crafts. I like to think I'm pretty crafty, so I'm down to do anything handmade!

Receiving postcards with a note from someone far away is my favorite! No matter what's on it I'm sure to love it!

I love animals of all sorts; I have one long-haired chihuahua and one shorthaired chihuahua, so those have a very special spot in my heart.

I also love new places, and traveling. I love anything foreign. I have an unexplainable obsession with Sweden. Also love Italy, Spain, Greece, England, Paupa New Guinea, France, Tahiti, (Okay, lets be real, anywhere besides the US and i'll love it! *Not to say I don't like the US, I'm just...from there. Haha)

Sports are basically my life. When I'm not playing them, I love watching the Portland Trailblazers and Team USA volleyball.

I love comic strips, my favorites US ones are Mutts and Calvin and Hobbes. I am a devoted Gryffindor and I also love Pikachu, Stitch (Lilo&Stitch), colorful things, lace, glitter and sequins

My favorite colors in general are black and blue, my favorite color to wear is red or royal blue, and if it's sports related its red&black or red&white (cause those are my teams!)

I adore sweets! I'd love to try foreign ones from all over! Some of my favorites are: sour gummy worms, sour candy, fizzy candy, Kinder Bueno bars, Kinder Eggs, most fruity and chocolatey things actually. I'm not a fan of minty things or nuts, but besides that, I'll most likely love it!
