Hi, I'm a 25 year old mother of a very gregarious 4 year old boy. I love to read, craft, play on the computer, play with my son and niece, drink my coffee mmmmmm, and all kinds of stuff. My sense of humor runs the gamut and it's mostly pretty hard to offend me.

Something important I should add, it's pretty hard to offend me with subject matter. I'm extremely openminded and pretty darn liberal. Just thought I should add that.

I love music, mostly rock, pop, classic rock, alternative. I love solo piano work - the kind that makes you want to weep. I'm not much into country and the similar styles like bluegrass, but other than that and religious music, I'll listen to nearly anything. My CD player in my car currently goes between Live, NIN, The Doors, Blue October, a Classic Rock Mix, and Mindless Self Indulgence.

Currently I'm nearly obsessed with paranormal books. Not sure how that happened. Even paranormal romance teehee. I also read a lot of literature, banned books, poetry...well almost anything Except Sci-Fi, Western, Religious books, and most fantasy.

I love to read new authors and new genres. The last two books I finished were, Imperial Life in The Emerald City by Rajiv Chandrasekaran and Jacob by Jaqueline Frank. (that would be the week of 9/17-9/21.

I'm reading several series including Anita Blake, Susie Stackhouse, Stephanie Plum, and The Black Dagger Brotherhood.

I don't usually see many movies in a year but I enjoy everything except westerns. Movies make my A-list if they can make me laugh out loud or make me cry, or scare the beejezus out of me. :)

My favorite series (when it was on HBO) was Six Feet Under. My favorite current series is House. I don't generally watch too much TV unless I'm just chilling with my son or DH.

I love to learn new crafts. I have experience with painting, sewing, crochet, knitting, clay, cross-stitch, beading, and woodworking. My favorites right now are beading and knitting (probably).

Crystals- the hanging kind, Moons and Stars (NO suns), things that glow or light up (kinda a weird thing but even oddball kids toys that glow or flash amuse me at times), statuary and containers with a certain ahem part of the male anatomy (yeah there's a long story on why), black and white nude posters/cards (especially K. Rosenthal not stuff with props), ummm my hubby would say I also collect books, DS games, and electronic gadgets.

Please don't send me Teas. :) The only Tea I usually drink is Ice Tea which is plain ol' tea. Very rarely will I drink special teas.

Also - I LOATHE the color pink. hate it hate it hate it. So please don't send me pink things unless the pink is part of something, ie: a keychain that happens to have pink on it. I am not into the Diva girl type stuff at all.
