Hullo! My name is Michelle and I come from the sunny island of Singapore. I am mummy to three lovely fur babies who light up my world. I am generally a very cheerful person. I am also a very "girly girl", I'm in dresses 90% of the time so I love all the sweet, cute, flowery, pretty things. I know shipping to Singapore can sometimes be very costly so please feel free to visit my Etsy or AliExpress wishlists. I've put down a number of cheap (less than US$3) items in there. Alot of the stores on AliExpress do free shipping to Singapore. I also re-use packaging because I think it's such a waste to throw a perfectly good envelope or box away.

Also, above any extras or some such, I would love a nice hand-written or typed note telling me about yourself. It doesn't need to be long or lengthy, I just enjoy connecting with people and reading a little bit about your life. No pressure at all, only if you love writing!

I fulfill every swap I participate in and I keep a very detailed excel file of all the swaps I participate in. It has the all the swap information in it, and the date I packed it, sent it, marked sent, rated and such. I also have photos of a lot of the swaps I send out so if a package due from me is lost in transit or takes a bit longer to get there, please let me know and I will track it down. If it cannot be found, I will gladly re-send another. Please do give me the opportunity to rectify the situation before rating a 3 or 1.

If you feel my package hasn't met swap requirements for some reason or other, or if you think it's "borderline" 5, please also let me know. I hate it when my partners don't like what they've received, or if I've read a profile wrong and I'm always happy to make up for it!

That said, it's always (VERY) useful if you have a working Etsy favorites list because that way, I can easily see the style you like and not get your profile wrong.

Also, please know that in Singapore, the mail doesn't get picked up or postmarked on Saturdays or Sundays. I also try my best to drop off my packages way before the deadline but if I only manage a Friday afternoon drop, the package may not get postmarked until Monday.

I will re-swap items I receive if it's not quite my style, but will suit someone else better. I will not, however, re-swap handmade items. I will re-use packaging if it is still in good condition.

Also, if there is anything that I have done or any actions that I have taken that offends or upsets anyone, please do let me know if at all possible... Sometimes I may get over eager or excited about things and in the process, not realise when I have overstepped or crossed a line. I can assure you that my intentions are nothing but genuine and the last thing I want is to have done something negative (vs something good or positive).
