I am married with one son. We live in the town that I grew up in.

I really enjoy spending time in my garden and preserving the vegetables we grow. I am learning about homesteading and self-sufficiency. I am learning to make my own soap, herbal remedies, and learning about beekeeping.

I love all kinds of music. I mostly listen to country music, but also classic rock and some pop.

Some of my favorite artists are George Strait, R Carlos Nakai, Sawyer Brown, and Otis Redding.

Artists I've had on repeat lately have been Muscadine Bloodline, the Read Southall Band, Blacktop Mojo, Struggle Jennings, and Warren Zeiders.

I currently use a Traveler's Notebook with Cocoa Daisy inserts in a weekly format. I use a monthly calendar insert I made myself. I like the TN inserts because of the flexibility I have with them. I can use any kind of planner stickers - doesn't have to be specific.

My all time favorite movies are Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and McLintock!.

In general, I like romantic comedy movies the most - ones where I don't have to think too much. I do NOT like scary movies.

I haven't really been watching much TV lately. Shows I'll have on as background noise are The First 48, Snapped, and Cold Justice.

I used to think I loved scrapbooking, but I think I've determined I just like to collect the pretty papers and supplies. I really enjoy paper based crafts. I decorate my planner and am working on even using the planner after I decorate it LOL. I recently learned about MemoryDex cards and I think they are perfect for me! Enough room to add memories to, but not so large that it becomes a huge undertaking.

I like just about any kind of crafts, except floral arranging. I never got into that.

STICKERS: I currently subscribe to Pipsticks and Mrs. Grossmans sticker clubs. I love all stickers (including planner stickers)!

I am open to trying any variety of tea. That being said, my favorites so far are the herbal teas - mostly minty or citrus flavors.

If you have access to Twinings Raspberry & Dragon Fruit tea, I love it...and would take it for all tea bags in a swap, even if you're supposed to send different ones...it's that good...

I prefer my individual cards naked and stamped. In an envelope is absolutely great if it's a multi-card swap.

I am in zone 7. North/Middle Georgia - in the same zone as Atlanta.

I love any kind of vegetable and grow new varieties all of the time. I save my own seeds when possible. I love to experiment in my garden.

I also love perennial flowers...as flowers attract bees, which pollinate my garden! We currently have 7 honey bee hives.

We had chickens for a couple of years but lost them all. We hope to start another flock in the spring.
