I love cats, dogs and all other animals; ATCs; dolls (I collect Barbies); art (pre-raphaelite, surrealist and folk-art are my favourites); photography (I try hard!); books of all kinds; old films; Victorian macabre; spooky/ghostly/spiritual; chocolate and cake!

At the moment I'm really into making paper dolls and ATC dolls.

I love shiny things and glitter.

My favourite colours are black, red and purple.

I love sending and receiving wonderful things in the post.

I've been trading ATCs on flickr for a couple of years now and I recently joined Postcrossing.

I love postcards and have no preference at all about what is on them (as long as it is nothing too rude or nasty, lol!!). I just love it that someone has taken the time to send me something nice or pretty!

I live in a town in the north east of England, near the sea, with my partner, dog (Ollie -10), 3 cats (Marmite - 9; Kevin and Betty - 2) and two fish.

I've always wanted a horse and one day I will have one. Love horses so much!

I'm pretty easy to please really!

I also like books about animals (even though they make me cry in general!); craft books; horror stories (more ghostly than gory); the occasonal sneaky chick-lit (ie Bridget Jones) but don't tell anyone that!!

Not a fan of Mills & Boon style romances!

I like to knit (when there are no cats around) and to crochet (all I can do is granny squares!).

I make lots of ATCs and greetings cards.

I love digital art and think I'm slowly getting better.

I love to draw but was not blessed with any level of skill in that department!

I love the seaside and the countryside. I'm very lucky to live at the coast and the Northumbrian coast is very beautiful.

I have lived in Edinburgh and it is my favourite city, so beautiful! I love the visit there as often as I can.

I like to visit cemeteries - I love reading old gravestones - the older the better! It is always so quiet and peaceful in a cemetery.

I love Venice - Venitian masks are so lovely!

I've never been to Paris but I would love to one day. I'd also like to visit the US to meet some of my flickr friends in Texas, New York and Utah! New Orleans is also high on my list!

I'm vegetarian and I love vegetarian food! You can't beat a good old fashioned Sunday Dinner with mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, gravy, yorkshire puddings....mmmmmm!!

I also love cakes. Carrot cake, cheesecake and chocolate cake (chocolate cheesecake so much the better!!) and coffee cake! Cupcakes are even better - I really want a cupcake maker!!

Chocolate is a big favourite! Thorntons continentals (especially the cappuccino ones), belgian truffles, just all sorts of chocolate really! Milk, white or dark, I don't care!!

I do NOT like caramel and the words "sticky toffee" make me shudder - UGH!!!!!

I love coffee and tea. Fruity tea, herbal tea, ordinary tea. Not fussy!

I love cherry coke (guilty pleasure) and I also like liqueurs - you can't beat a box of chocolate liqueurs at Christmas (or any other time of year for that matter!!!)

Things I really don't like include caramel (mentioned above), tomato juice (yuck), snakes (they creep me out!) and flakers (I haven't been on swap-bot 5 minutes and already got flaked twice!!).
