I'm 24, and just starting to discover my artistic side. I'm still experimenting with techniques and styles. I love making ATCs because they let me experiment with new mediums, and if I don't like them (or if I'm really bad at them) I can just throw them away and move on. I also enjoy needle felting, knitting, sewing, and soap making.

I love to read! I like scifi and fantasy. Favorites include Parable of the Sower, Skin Folk, the Stepford Wives, and the Dresden Files books. I like comics, especially Sandman, Fables, Powers and X-Factor. I like reading about mythology and history also.

Buffy, Firefly, Supernatural, Burn Notice, Little Mosque on the Prarie

Goth, industrial, synthpop, darkwave. I also have a soft spot for pop music from the 60s, 70s and 80s.

ATCs and shrines! Also, knitting and jewelry making. I like needle felting too, especially making felted soap.

I would love to learn how to make books by hand, make resin jewelry, or sculp with polymer clay.

I like:
Handmade, recycled or repurposed items. I love things that are strange, odd, or offbeat. I enjoy books and reading. Anything feminist, queer friendly, or generally left-wing. I'm a big fan of monsters - both the scary kind and the silly kind. I'm pagan, but I welcome whatever religious items you want to send. I love barrettes, headbands and necklaces.

I don't like:
I try not to shop at large chains, and I appreciate not receiving anything from them either if possible. I hate orange and yellow for no rational reason, and I'm not a big fan of pastels. I don't wear rings or earrings. Scented candles and incense make me sneeze. I don't like plastic beads. I'm not a fan of anything cutesy or patriotic. I don't use anything clipped from magazines. Please do not send perfume or bath products - I make my own.

• Altered wooden spools (the kind thread comes on)
• Altered or handmade dice
• Scrabble tiles or dominoes (altered or plain)
• Bone folders
• A brayer
• UTEE
• Friendly plastic
• Brightly colored buttons
• Rubber stamps, especially the clear kind. (I love strange or offbeat stamps. I'd especially love an anatomical heart, a feather, skulls, trees, or a realistic octopus.)
• Embossing powder in odd colors
• Wool roving (good quality, not the stuff from Hobby Lobby)
• Keys, the older the better
• A Rider Waite Tarot deck (used is fine)
• Stuffies (especially monsters or the like. Also hearts and birds.)
• Issues of Cloth, Paper, Scissors or similar magazines

I love your scraps - especially roving, fabric, lace, and yarn.

I'm always running out of gel pens, stamp pads, paintbrushes, and watercolor paper.

I'm generally up for one-on-one swaps. I prefer to swap handmade items rather than store bought items.

I'll swap small, light things internationally, but I can't afford to send heavy packages overseas.

I can make mini shrines, soap, felted soap, magnets, ATCs, themed matchboxes, small knitted items, mix cds, and handmade paper. I love putting together diy kits. See my flickr for examples of my work.

I'd love to get some non-paper ATCs, especially in mediums like metal or polymer clay. Other than that, I love texture and movable parts.
