I LIKE: Tom Waits and Joanna Newsom (both are an acquired taste). Improvisation. Space and astronaut stuff. Science. Street art. People who disrupt our daily lives to wake us the eff up (nicely). Adbusters. Improveverywhere. The revolution will be tweeted.

NO LIKE: Auras and crystals. Super-cute.

Unfinished dolls based on the main characters from 'Monkey and Bear' by Joanna Newsom.

Curtains! A leather belt for the rod, an old silky red duvet and a white lace curtain taken from a window dressing the previous owners left. One small window down, now the rest of the room has to get new ones! Luckily, I have a lot of the old duvet left.

Working on a coat for a wedding that requests/allows costumes. Again, using curtains and that old silky red duvet, but I am a terrible impromptu seamstress so i'm also using a short jacket for a base — that I wore for my own wedding!

Roller Derby. I miss it. It kept me in shape and, I think, sane. I still have dreams about it - though it hasn't really been long since we broke up (in March 2010)

GEOcaching. I tried and I tried but I found nothing.

Thinking of good ideas at the time i am ready to finally sit down and make them.

I am a graphic designer. And I have contributed to the devaluing of the skills by offering my services for free. I'll never do it again, i swear! My bad!
