Hello! My name's Melissa. I'm 29 and I live in Brooklyn (NYC). I'm mildly crafty, but I probably spend too much time on Pinterest admiring the work of others and making lists of things I'd like to do. :)

I love knitting (mainly socks and scarves/shawls). I use a personal-sized Filofax as my daily planner/journal. I also use a Hobonichi A6 and a Midori Traveler's Notebook for journaling, as well as an A5 Kikki.k planner, which I use to keep track of my various crafting adventures. :) I love decorating all of them with stickers, washi tape, and other cute stuff I can find.

I also love reading, yoga, and watching movies. I've spent a lot of time traveling and studying abroad in the past, and I love receiving things with other languages on them or from places outside the US. Spain and Italy are both very close to my heart, so items from those places would make me especially happy. :)

I'm looking for penpals if anyone is interested in exchanging letters on a regular basis. I love exchanging handwritten letters, so it usually works out best if we have some things in common!

For CAS Group Swaps

I have Narcolepsy with Cataplexy, so I am constantly tired in a way that's difficult for those without a chronic illness to fully understand. I would love to receive a cute eye mask and relaxing lavender scented items to help get me to sleep. I enjoy bath products, but I have sensitive skin, so it's best to stick to unscented or lightly scented items. I overheat easily, so I put my hair up a lot. Cute bobby pins and hair ties are always appreciated.
