Unfortunately, due to a annoying health situation and the fact that they have to issue me a new neurologist, I will have to take a leave of absence for a period of time. I desperately need to find a new neurologist I am terribly sorry if this has made anyone upset with me. I thank you for your patience and I apologize so much for the inconvenience.

I am a children's author. I illustrate, write and publish my own books that are for children ages 11 and under. I live in a country setting, but travel frequently to the more populated places on the east coast.

I do ask for a bit of patience as I have been dealing with both Parinsons and MS since the age of 15 (yes, I said 15 I am now 49). This affects my hand coordination sometimes , if you would kindly overlook the unsteady stroke of my pen and brush - it would be much appreciated. :)

I sew with a Bernina sewing machine and I have a very old Singer serger that I love.

I can knit, but prefer not to. Same goes for needlework.

I have just started scrapbooking and prefer the art journaling activities instead of traditional page layouts. I have purchased just about every different type of color I could get my hands on as I LOVE LOVE LOVE color!

My favorite stores are Hobby Lobby and Michaels.

I enjoy painting, drawing, stamping, making hings, building things, etc.

I recently happened across something I am really into - ATC cards and this includes tag art, collage, decopage, anything with mod podge.

Postage stamps (new or used Postcards Anything that is colorful Leaves (fake is better). Autumn themed things. Spring themed things. Bling.

I absolutely LOATHE the color yellow. I haven't a care what shade of yellow it is, whatever it is if it's yellow get it away from me! lol Other than that I remain open minded. I have an African Grey parrot who is most aptly named Feathers (he is named after a horse btw). I love honey crisp apples and Vermont extra sharp cheese in the afternoons. I am not dangerous with sharp objects, have good demeanor, play fair, and am an all around decent person. All I ask in return is a fair chance and a bit of patience and NO PITY please save me from that, life is too short for that.

I love love love my Silouhette my mother gave me for Christmas! Also, the exploration of paper arts. I enjoy spending a lot of time in my local craft stores. Snail mail I also enjoy, especially surprises, I don't care what it is. I return in kind. I don't take things (ie. life, people, etc.) for granted.

Sewing, paper crafts, I recently started decorating iPhone cases and I really enjoy I. Grape vine wreaths, philately, (doubt this is a craft - more like a hobby).
