I'm soon to be 32, mom to 3 kids: 6 yo girl and 3yo twin boys. I work full-time from home. I'm also going to school for my Masters in Occupational Therapy. I love to craft though I haven't had much time for it lately. I'm new to swapping and I can't wait to get started! (doesn't everyone love getting stuff in the mail - I mean, other than bills, right?)

I LOVE the Beatles!! I love music from the 60s and 70s (I know, "old") but I also love Amy Winehouse and that kind of "sound" - does that make sense? I like Black Eyed Peas (they get me moving!) Umm.. needless to say, there's really nothing I won't listen to as long as it's got a good beat!

I think the only thing I really don't care for is emo.. I think I'm past my teenage angst-ridden years! ;)

Books.. I'm more of a non-fiction kind of gal. I read "Phantoms of the Brain" by VS Ramachandran and am going to read "The Island of the Colorblind" by Oliver Sacks - if those are enough clues.

musicals! I love comedies (Recently saw "knocked up" with DH - loved it!) But I also liked 300... I'm kind of slow with the whole movie-going experience since we don't get to go to the movies very often. I love movies that challenge the conventional.. you'd see me watching "Memento" a million times before I even watch any of the Die Hard movies (which I still haven't seen - any of them)... oh, and I am so over Tom Cruise - tolerated him in Few, Good Men... especially can't stand his acting now

Off the top of my head: Singin' in the Rain Oklahoma (esp the newer one with Hugh Jackman) Awakenings Memento (already mentioned) Usual Suspects Center Stage

Arrested Development - so sad it got canceled... Also, Posh Nosh (it's from the UK).. actually, I like a lot of the BritComs (the office, in particular).. not too fond of dramas though I did go through a CSI binge when that whole franchise started (what are they on now, CSI:Mayberry?)

I knit (a little) and just learned to crochet. I sew little toys for my kids. Instead of studying, I'm probably doodling instead. And I love seeing what other people create!

Colors: blue, green, dark purple (just nothing too girly)

Scents: no vanilla, other than that, I'm probably ok with it

As much as I love cute stuff, I don't like knick-knacks (toys are scattered everything at our house so it'd just add to the chaos) I love kawaii, but not too fond of Disney. Anything unique to wherever the sender's from is most welcomed.

BUT I do like cute PRACTICAL things so that usually ends up being stationary, bags, etc. (I don't know why but I love office supplies, I could spend several hours looking at notebooks - it's sad).
