Response: UPDATE 12/20/24: I sent 2 messages to this user with both going unread. I am unable to resolve this issue until she chooses to respond.............................User only sent 1 message to me that I was not notified of via email. This rating prompted me to come off of hiatus to address it. With the exception of this one message, user has not reached out at all since the end date of this swap, which was 7/12/2024, and just happened to realize they hadn't rated me. They did not give me the opportunity to respond, even though I have not logged into the site since October and have very obviously stated that I am going on hiatus. Issues such as these are why I've stepped away from Swap-Bot altogether. Something that's meant to be fun, relaxing, and enjoyable becomes a chore and causes me too much heartache and stress. This is a prime example of why I'm not planning on coming back for a while.

Comment: I completely understand. I have had so much trouble with trying to ship journals and anything over 1/2 thick. Overseas is even worse. I refuse to pay $20 for a 2 ounce package to Finland. Then when I opened the envelope, I basically cried tears of pure joy and happiness!! The memorydex is jsut perfect. I can relate to you missing your dad. My mom passed from cancer when I was 17. When I turned 30, that was the hardest for me. She was really into "milestone" birthdays. And now that I'm in a steady serious relationship, the thought that she won't be around for those big milestones (engagement, wedding, babies, etc.) gets to me now and then.
I really enjoyed reading your entries and how you talked to me like we had be friends forever <3 that really meant a lot to me.
I am so happy to hear that you're doing so well in nursing school! Gotta have a little more faith and confidence in yourself. Take a breath and take that first step forward! You got this!
